She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Haley and Mildred Haley; her husband Bob; and her siblings, Polly Haley Mastej and Tom Haley.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bridget and Notre Dame; her children, Robert Burtzlaff, Jr., Karen Burtzlaff Corken, Kristin Burtzlaff Bodey and Patrick Burtzlaff; her sister Margaret Haley Prideaux; and her nieces, Nicole Mastej Montroy and Diana Mastej Cooper.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leppert Mortuary-Carmel Chapel (900 N Rangeline Rd, Carmel, IN 46032). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Leppert Mortuary – Carmel Chapel (900 N Rangeline Rd, Carmel, IN 46032).
