She was predeceased by: her parents, Pliny Poffenberger and Annetta Poffenberger (Strahl); her husband Wilbur Huffman; and her siblings, Richard Wayman, Scott Poffenberger and Betty Sweeney.

She is survived by: her children, Gail Dalton (Joe) of Athens, AL, Bryce Huffman (Ellen) of Huntersville, NC and Craig Huffman (Janine) of Carmel; her grandchildren, Megan Gowan (Adam) of Madison, Kaitlyn Rosen (Jake) of Madison, AL, Norma Hanson (Jeff) of Charlotte, NC, Jason Barnes (Nina) of Huntersville, NC, Jacob Huffman (Amanda) and Rev. Zachary Huffman (Jodi) of Seymour, IN; her great grandchildren, Aidan Gowan, Olivia Gowan, Audrey Gowan, Madilyn Rosen, Sadie Rosen, Hailey Mendez, Vance Barwick, Hannah Barnes, Kiersten Barnes, Isaac Huffman and Eli Huffman; her great great grandchild Silas Mendez; her stepgrandchildren, Meliah, Ian (Rachel), Dainon and Natalie; her sister Evalena Smith (Dave); and her sister-in-law Barbara O'Brien (Dave).
