He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred and Sydney. He is survived by: his brothers, Sidney Jr. and Jim; his wife Sandra Sebastian; his sister Karen Mitchner; and his children, Lora Bacon, Sharon McKinney and Jeanira Allen. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
