He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Reuben Alexander and Erma Alexander (Cummings); and his sisters, Marilyn and Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Patti Jo Alexander (Gyenge); his son Gordon B. II (Catherine Angier); his stepson Christian Walker (Mandy); his grandsons, Graham, Simon, Maxwell and Vincent; and his cousin Thomas Kareckas Sr. (Mary).
