He is survived by: his close friends, Carl Elliott, Pete Schaeffer, Bruce Jakum, Janie Harkins, Kaye Jefferson, Peggy Pinnell, Ron Neal and Tony Youmans; his extended family, Norma Priest, Bill Bryant, Shirley Gardner, Alice Allison, Suzie Spitler and Leonard Russell; his wife Shirley Edwards Nell; his children, Chris Bryant (Lisa), Laura Bryant and Carrie Edwards (Harold); his grandchildren, Samuel Cooper Edwards, Grady Forrester Bryant, Thomas Logan Edwards and Wade Hampton Edwards; and his great grandchildren, William Marshal Edwards and Henry Wallace Edwards.
