Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Van Buren Church (108 S 2nd St, Van Buren, IN 46991).

Memorial contributions may also be made to Van Buren Church of the Vine, where Jackie's lifelong faith and love of music were so deeply rooted.
