He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Fields (Chris) and Carrie Christman (Bobby); his sisters-in-law, Carla and Carol Koch; his sibling's children, Kelley Dove (Tracy), Courtney Hedges (Dan), Mark Koch and Mike Koch (Kim); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaitlyn, Abby, David Dove, Avery and Garrett Koch; and his pet Steffy.
