He was predeceased by: his wife Joan. He is survived by: his children, Christine Squier (Robert), Catherine Livingston (Scott) and John Chomica (Kim); and his grandchildren, Jack, Emily, Adam, Rachael, Becca, Colleen, Will, Ellie and Henry.
