He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Joseph Legener (Virginia) and Mary Legener (Wyatt); and his stepchildren, Michelle Jacobs (John), Michael Method (Jeanette), Mary Evans (James), Margot Miley (Kurt), Melinda Nash (Mike) and Monica Cronin (Michael). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, the Alzheimer's Association or St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church.
