He is survived by: his wife Mimi Stilwell; his daughters, Anne Martinelli of Vero Beach, FL, Maureen Stilwell (Dave Sliwinski) of Columbus, OH, Rosemary McQueary (Steve) of Nashville, IN and Katie Stilwell of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Jessie Boily, Jillian, Jack Martinelli, Will Sliwinski, Andy, Kyle and Noah McQueary; and his great grandchildren, Rachel, Claire and Trevor Boily.

The family requests in memory of John, memorial contributions be given to the Salvation Army.
