He is survived by: his children, Dr. Michael J. Thomas (Dori) of Galena, OH and Jane L. Hoover (Scott) of Carmel, IN; and his grandchildren, Matthew Hoover, Lauren Hoover, Alexander Thomas and Annemarie Thomas.
