With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jonathan Breeck Layton (Carmel, Indiana), born in Anderson, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Layton and Jayne Layton (Hall); his brother Gary; and his wife Jeanette Harter of Wakarusa. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Kendall (Eric) and Christopher (Erin); his grandchildren, Maxwell and Lily; and his sister Susan.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jon may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
