In loving memory of Jozef Svec of Carmel, Indiana, who departed this world on June 9, 2025 at the age of 75. Jozef leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jozef Svec and Gabriela Svec (Brychta); and his brother Miloslav. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Svec (Gabovic); his sons, Christopher (Sarah) and Justin (Katherine); and his grandchildren, Eleanor (Samuel), William, Charlotte, Margaret, Michaela, Milo and John Paul. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and cousins and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (7200 Sarto Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46240). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
