She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth E. Johnson and Arnold M. Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Heather A. Davis of Carmel and Sean T. Clark (Jennifer) of Trophy Club, Texas.; her grandchildren, Allison Clark, Katherine Clark, Kellen Clark and Logan Davis; and her brother Dr. Brian M. Johnson (Margaret).
