Karen Kelshaw Poyser Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2025, at the age of 73, Karen Kelshaw Poyser of Carmel, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Karen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard "Red" James and Roberta "Ruby" Ione Kelshaw (Loveless). She is survived by: her husband Thomas D. Poyser; her children, Thomas Patrick Poyser (Kathleen) and Abigail Kristina Poyser (Anatoli); and her grandchildren, Maxim Alexander, Clara Kelshaw, Genevieve Garvin and Maeve Louisa.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the St. Christopher's Building Repair and Replacement Fund.
