He was predeceased by : his parents, Emmett McDonald and Dorothy McDonald (Cook); his wife Kathleen L. McDonald (Lyons); his grandson Jacob Ledezma; and his aunt Eleanor.

He is survived by : his children, Angela Kristine Ledezma (Concepcion) and Brian McDonald (Kim); his grandchildren, Michael McDonald, Vanessa McDonald, Matthew McDonald, Thomas McDonald and Joshua Ledezma; and his close friends, Kathy and Curtis Caplinger.
