He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Hulen, and Joyce Hulen, Sr. (Morris); and his great-niece Cherish Bland. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Bland of Carmel, Rex Hulen (Kathy) of Greenfield and Terry Hulen (Angela) of New Palestine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
