We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2025, Liuda Waingortin in Carmel, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Liuda's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Liuda's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Ernesto Waingortin; and her sister Vita Hodges. She is survived by: her children, Lina Blumberg of Miami, Florida, Ernest Waingortin of Hudson, Massachusetts and Edgar Waingortin of San Francisco, California.; and her daughters-in-law, Lee and Barbara. She is also survived by grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, along with several nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Liuda's memory to Sarah's Village, an organization close to her heart.
