She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpheus Sampson and Nora Sampson (Updike); and her brother Gareth Ward Sampson. She is survived by: her children, SaraBeth Rushmore (Charles) of Carmel and David Thomas of Jeffersonville; her grandchildren, Michael Rushmore (Julie), Timothy Rushmore and Rebecca Rushmore (Jesse Patrick); her great grandchildren, Shelby Rushmore and Addison Rushmore; and her great great grandchildren, Aubrey Fellick, Samantha Fellick, Cassidy Fellick and Ezekiel Fellick.
She dedicated her home to the glory of God and held a weekly Bible study until the pandemic.
