He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Lisa Lawrence and Lori Kamminga (Lawrence); his granddaughter Shelby Kamminga; his brother Mervin Lawrence (Agatha); and his sister-in-law Dot Lawrence. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great and great-great nieces and nephews.
