He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Peter (Robin), Paul (Vicky), Cate (Brian) and David (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Dylan (Heidi), Rachel, Margaret, Sam and Noah; his stepgrandchildren, Andrea and Samuel; and his great grandchild John.
