Peter Prionas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Prionas (Carmel, Indiana), who passed away on May 25, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Despoina Prionas and Thomas Prionas; his brother Lazaros Prionas (Despoina); his brother-in-law Petros Gertsakis; his nephew George Gertsakis; and his sister Nafsica Filiou (Agisilaos).
He is survived by: his wife Kiki Prionas; his children, Thomas Prionas and Cristina Nicklow (Gus); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Vasili and Peter; his sister Mary Gertsakis; and his siblings-in-law, Anastasios Girinakis (Rena) and Alexandra Girinakis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
