He is survived by: his wife Nancy Graffis; his daughters, Heather Polizos (Angelo), Dawn Fernandes and April Ozlowski (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Niko Polizos, Peter Polizos, Alissa Ozlowski, Alec Ozlowski, André Ozlowski and Aria Schofield.
