He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Clifton Moore and Helen Moore; his wife Yahn Ping; his children, Ellen Moore, Andrea Faller (Dan), Eric Moore and Haoran Wu (Manddie Chen); his grandchildren, Delia Cormier, Felicity Faller and Leon Wu; and his siblings, Steven Moore, David Moore, Carol Elkins and Kathy Thayer. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews.

His significant contributions to the installation of life-saving medical equipment globally will be remembered by his colleagues and those in the wider medical community.
