He is survived by: his significant other Linda Cooler Lewis; his children, David Lewis (Emily), Brian Lewis (Adrienne) and Ashley Crick (Matt); his grandson Wyatt Crick; and his siblings, Bill Lewis (Dale), Janet Burger (Bill), Nancy Lewis and Bart Lewis (Theresa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
