She was predeceased by: her parents, William Potter and Pairilee Potter; her husband Harry Warner Groot, Jr.; her siblings, Dorothy Smithers, James Potter, Charles Potter, Willie Potter Jr., Francis Potter and Albert Potter; and her great grandchild Shell Groot.
She is survived by: her sons, Harry, Richard and Thomas; and her sister Elizabeth Ann Jennings (Alfred). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
