She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas W. Blackburn and Helen Lucretia Stults Blackburn; her brother Ronald Dean Blackburn; her aunts, Jane Gwendolyn Stults and Mary Stults Brackett; and her uncle Kenneth Patton Stults.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Hill; her siblings, Nancy Valimaki (John), Deborah DuVall (Jim), John Blackburn (Michelle) and Rebecca David; and her sister-in-law Susan Blackburn. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
