He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stanley Phillips and Helena Gertrude Phillips (Crowder); his wife Judith L. Lenhardt (Judy); his grandson Kurt Phillips; and his brother Paul Phillips Jr..
He is survived by: his son Greg Phillips; his grandsons, Karl Phillips of Acworth, GA, Matthew Steinacher (Katie) of Noblesville and Andrew Steinacher (Laura Crawford) of Carmel, Indiana.; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Phillips of Peoria, Tom Lenhardt (Anna) of Westmont and Delphine Lenhardt (Babe) of Carrollton. He is also survived by his son, daughter and son-in-law, three grandsons and their wives.
