She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C. G. Horn and Rebecca Horn (Williams); her former husband Myron L. Hartsook of Indonesia; her husband Thomas M. Borden of Carmel, Indiana; her brother Harold Horn of Walhonding, Ohio; and her great grandchild Denver Baldonado of Moore, Oklahoma..
She is survived by: her brother Barton Horn; her sister-in-law Sue Horn (Hayes) of Mount Vernon, Ohio; and her sons, Douglas (Patricia Hartsook) of Yukon, Oklahoma, Curtis (Mylene Hartsook) of Carmel, Indiana, Timothy (Nova Hartsook) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Michael (Donie Hartsook) of Wesson, Mississippi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
