He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Tomasik and Alice Tomasik; his brother John Jr.; his sons, Timothy and Tommy; and his great grandchild Kaylee Melvin.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Tomasik; his children, Terry Girt, Susannah Heath (Kavin), Judy Worley, Daniel Coyle and Charla Coyle; and his siblings, Marjorie Wolfe, Theresa Teed and Cort Tomasik. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, 1 great-great-great grandchild.
