She is survived by: her daughters, Delta Cooper (Randy Rockey) of Carthage, Doreen Cates (Michael Brickles) of Greenfield, Paula Dockery (Bryan) of Spiceland and Stormy Cates of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Jordan, Michael, Cienna, Carolynn, Jacob, Devon, Bella, Kaizer, Elijah, Zayden, Gabriella and Serenity; and her siblings, Margie Mayhill of Tennessee and Jake Carr (Jessica) of Brookville. She is also survived by two nieces and four nephews.
