Jack Clay and Mary Ann Clay (Campbell); her husband Virgil Ray Matney of Carthage; her son Virgil Ray Matney Jr. (Shawn) of Knightstown; her grandsons, Jacob of Knightstown and Isaac Matney of Knightstown; and her siblings, Robin, Jim Clay (Jill) of Knightstown and Jack Clay (Lori) of Carthage. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
