He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe "Ike" Leonard Moore and Betty Jean Moore (Mann); and his siblings, Gregory Moore and Debra Clark. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Moore; his sons, Thomas J. Moore (Brandi) and Jordan Unger; his granddaughters, Larissa Betty Moore, Ava May and Harper May; and his siblings, Michael Moore (Sue), Bryan Moore (Erin) and Suzy Sitton (John). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
