He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith (Gebbink); his sons, Dan Smith (Tammy), David Smith (Cindy), Mick Smith (Niki) and Eric Smith (Jodi); his grandchildren, Kayla Golightly, Kylie Smith, Shane Smith, Heagen Wickens, Josh Smith and Adison Alward; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Emma, Mason, Easton, Valerie, Jocelyn, Kaylie, Aubrey, Mabel, Millie, Frankie, Edith, Ashton, Salem, Blair and Sebastian; and his sister Shelia Walters (Jerry).
