She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman McLain and Helen McLain (Russell); and her siblings, Ronald McLain (Gene), Myrna Hawkins, Peggy Sutliff, Carol Beam and Mary Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Thomas; her sons, Douglas Thomas (Sandy) of Culver and Jeffrey Thomas (Phyllis) of Bass Lake, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Dana Thomas of Culver and Stuart Thomas of Indianapolis, Indiana.; and her brothers, James and Russell McLain.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Thomas Cemetery (1120 IN-71, Cayuga, IN 47928).
In her professional life, Nancy served as a benefits administrator at Culver Education Foundation, a private boarding high school, where she dedicated her skills and commitment in support of the educational community.
