He was predeceased by: his parents, George Spivey and Clara Spivey; his siblings, Jim, Rick Spivey and Helen Shaw (Sis); and his parents-in-law, Ray and Alma Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Tess Spivey (Miller); his children, Tony Spivey (Punky), James Spivey (Amaria), Teresa Swadener (Kraig), Kenneth Spivey (Tracey) and Todd Spivey (Brody); his grandchildren, Tristan, Ariel, Dakota, Gabriel, Daelynn, Lyra, Bryce, Juliunna, Camron, Izaak and Azton; his great grandchildren, Aria and Andrew; and his close friends, Dave Davis and George Keith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
