It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Knauer of Cayuga, Indiana, who passed away on February 5, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Mourfield Sr. and Emma Fisher; and her siblings, Edna Lindsey, Louis "Bub" Mourfield Jr. and Betty Dalton.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale Knauer; her children, Donald Knauer (Sandra) and Rhonda Miller (Matt); her grandchildren, Ryan Miller, Lindsey Wait (Travis), Brad Knauer (Allie), Kellie Moore (Blake), Matthew Johnson (Zandra) and Tyler Johnson (Rachael); and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Collin, Landon Wait, Mila, Maren, Cope Knauer, Waylon, Brooks Moore, Zander, JoJo Johnson and Benjamin Johnson.
Donations in her honor may be made to the Cayuga Christian Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
