He is survived by: his mother Deborah Ann Montgomery (Wiggans) of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; his significant other Tonya Blades of Cedar Grove; his sons, Jaime Blades and Brandon Blades; his grandson Lucas Blades; his siblings, David Peterson and Taylor Montgomery; and his grandchildren, Levi and Layne Durham. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home (1025 Franklin Ave, Brookville, IN 47012).
