He was predeceased by: his brother George Eizenga (Virginia); and his parents, Henry Eizenga and Muriel Eizenga. He is survived by: his wife Linda Eizenga; his children, Joyce Beach (Brandon), Patricia Moldenhauer (Riley), Lisa Eizenga and Brian Eizenga; his grandchildren, Joshua, Benjamin, Alexander Beach, Ruby and Fia Moldenhauer; and his siblings, Henry Eizenga (Judy), Robert Eizenga (Karen), Nancy Ruiz and James Eizenga.
