He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Boston; his parents, Orville Boston and Ella Boston; his granddaughter Brooklyn Ewing; and his son-in-law Roger Stricklin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shari Ward (Mike), Sherrece Stricklin, Shelby Boston-Ewing (Horn Popplewell) and Cindy Yuhasz (Eric); his siblings, Larry Boston (Karen) and Myrna Montsdeoca; his nephew Jerry Montsdeoca (Beth); his grandchildren, Ashley Klimasara (William), Sarah Ward, Beau Stricklin, Brennen Stricklin (Jessica Smith), Brett Ewing (Bridget King), Blake Ewing, Alexis Yuhasz and Nolan Yuhasz; and his great grandchildren, Thailor Klimasara and Emmie Stricklin.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Burdan Funeral Home and Crematory (12901 Wicker Ave, Cedar Lake, IN 46303). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the German Methodist Cemetery (14822 Wicker Ave, Cedar Lake, IN 46303).
