He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his brothers, Jeffrey and Ronald; his stepchildren, Kerri (Ron), Anthony (Betty), Sherry (Steve) and Mischelle; his grandchildren, Brittany, Dominic, Vincent, Brennan, Colin and Megan; his great grandchild Melody; and his pet Archie.

A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Burdan Funeral Home Chapel (12901 Wicker Ave, Cedar Lake, IN 46303). A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the German Methodist Cemetery (14822 Wicker Ave, Cedar Lake, IN 46303).
