She was predeceased by: her husband Roger; and her parents, Irene and Joseph Wieczorek. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Haczynski (Patricia) and Colleen Chang (Richard); and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Brandon Haczynski (Madison), Madison and Jordan Chang (Fiance' Hailey).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St Jude Children's Research Hospital. Keep JoeAnn's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
