He is survived by : his close friend Pat Dunham; his children, Kathy Heiser (Dave), Karen Miller, Harold Miller (Jeanette) and Von Miller; his grandchildren, Danielle Connelly (Levi), Shilo Nagel (Ian), Michelle Walsh (Jonathan), Joshua Miller, Nathan Miller, Ashley Riley (Joshua), Adam Miller, Aaron Miller (Stephanie) and Alyssa Miller; his great grandchildren, Levi, Sara Connelly, Summer, Anthony, Shilinn Ahlquist, Malas, Mehryk Nagel, Cassie, Paul Williams, Aly Miller, Aydin Miller, Karagan and McCoy Miller; his brother Robert Miller; and his pet Duke.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
