He is survived by: his children, Christopher Meuzelaar (Michelle), Jonathan Meuzelaar (Jill), Rae Meuzelaar and Karen Krygsheld (Kevin); his grandchildren, Luc, Bini, Calvin, Ally, Ben, Nate, Kate, Noah and Sam; and his siblings, Nancy Kuipers (Kent), David Meuzelaar (Norma), Mary Pommer (Daryl), Calvin Meuzelaar (Mary), Gretchen Kuipers (late Darrell) and Faith Larson (Richard).
