He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cunningham; his sister Cynthia Weil; his children, Jessica Anderson (Terry) and Sean Cunningham; his grandchildren, Ellery Phillips (Jacob), Matthew Anderson and Gabriel Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Elliana Phillips, Lawson Phillips, Grayson Phillips and Matteo Phillips.
