He is survived by: his wife Marcia Eckert of Celestine; his pet Ryder; his children, Angela Neff (Daniel), Jarett Helming and Joseph Helming (Stacy); his grandchildren, Dawson Neff, Brooklyn, Nicholas and Adalyn Helming; his sisters, Ann Summers (Jerry) and Mary Lou Sermersheim (Ralph); Betty Helming.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 8:45 AM at the St. Isidore Parish (6864 East State Road 164, Celestine, IN 47521). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Celestine Church (6864 IN-64, Eckerty, IN 47116). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Isidore Parish or a favorite charity.
