He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edd and Mary Elizabeth Preston Parrett; and his wife Sandra Darlene Parrett. He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Parrett (Brian Breen) of Liberty, Indiana and Carl L. Parrett II (Cleda) of Mishawaka, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jarrod Flowers, Jessica Alexander and Elizabeth Parrett; his great grandchildren, Kameryn, Torrence, Isabella, Aryanna, Adleigh and Aleigha; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara and Owen Ramsey. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
