She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur H. Hawkins and Evrone Amelia Wesler Hawkins; and her son Barry. She is survived by: her husband Bill Downing; her son Bret; her grandchildren, Brittany Downing, Taylor Downing (Erika) and Olivia Downing (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Charlie, Harper, Maddox Downing and Breighlynn Corbett; her siblings, Sharon Jenkins, Kate Byrley and Rusty Hawkins; and her pet Bella.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home (405 E Main St, Centerville, IN 47330). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crown Hill Cemetery (407 Short St, Centerville, IN 47330).
