He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Demming and Martha Elizabeth Trouse Jones; his wife Karen Louise Dunlap; his grandmother Carla Bowen (Tim); his stepmother Hazel Powell Hurley Jones; and his brothers, Edwin Jones and Tarry Jones.
He is survived by: his sons, C. Douglas Jones (Tammy), Christopher D. Jones (Mary) and Craig D. Jones; his grandchildren, Ryan Bowen (Rachel), Ginese Jones Wilmot (Bobby), Jessica Robertson Maule (Chris), Lyndsey Jones Mimnagh (Matt), Tyler Jones (Nicole), Christine Bowen Hunter (Andrew), Brandon Jones (Annie), Dayne Jones (Gabrielle), Jordan Jones (Chrissy), Courtney Bowen Mathews (Branden), Daniel Jones (Asheton), Jonny Jones (Jessica), Brittany Jones Johnson (John), Emily Jones Sheffield (Alan), Dakota List, Maria Jones, Roman List and Ethan Jones; and his sister-in-law Katherine Sue Dunlap Marlow. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
