It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. McQuiston Sr. of Centerville, Indiana, who passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George McQuiston and Esther McQuiston; his wife Joretta McQuiston; and his siblings, George'Bud'McQuiston and Ruth Lunsford.
He is survived by: his children, Rusty McQuiston and Kathy McQuiston-O'Dell (Harry); his grandsons, Matt McQuiston (Kristin), Dan McQuiston, Chris Kerrick (Bailey) and Nate Kerrick; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Isabella and Lawson.
